It's easy to participate in the Video Vignette project. Just finish these easy steps:

1. Use your home camcorder, Flip camera, or even the video function of your digital camera to record a message for your elected officials.  Topics for your video might include:
   • Why are you involved in advocacy and how do you believe advocacy efforts affect the decisions of Congress?
   • Why is it important for Congress to increase cancer research funding?
   • How have the advocacy efforts of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society affected your life?
2. Upload that video to YouTube.com. If you do not have a YouTube account, creating one is free and easy!
3. Copy and paste the link to your YouTube video in the box below.
4. Fill out the form below, including your name and home address (so we can match it to your legislators).
